Dear Parents,
- Bi-weekly payments will be processed on Friday the 12th and 26th. Monthly payment will be processed on the 5th.
- Easter/ Spring Break; WCA will close on Monday the 1st for ALL ALL groups will reopen on Tuesday the 2nd. Please ensure you all stay safe over the holiday.
- Sick Policy; Please keep your child home if they are sick or have symptoms. You will be called to pick up your child if we observe any coughing with cold, runny noses, vomiting, diarrhea, ringworms etc. Your child will need to return back to school with a doctor’s note. Please note that the latest time children can return to school from doctors’ appointments is 11am.
- Parent Teacher Conferences(PTC);
-K5 & UP will close on Friday the 26th for virtual PTC. Sign up notices will be communicated. Report cards will be distributed on Friday the 19th.
-Pre K2 –Pre K4 will have virtual parent teacher conferences between 12pm and 2.30pm during the week of Monday April 22nd to Friday 26th. Sign up notices will be communicated.
- PROCARE; Please ensure your child is signed in and out using the app. This is imperative for documentation.
- Safety Hazards; please note that children are not allowed to wear beads in their hair and WCA is a nut free school. Please do not bring in any food item containing nuts.
- As the weather continues to warm up, we will resume going out to the playground. Please ensure your child has a jacket to make this happen.
- We observe some parents let in others without keys. This puts your child at a safety risk. Please desist from doing this. Some parents park in the driveway in front of the school building, we do ask that ALL cars use the marked parking lots during drop off or pickup even if the car has a driver in it or when we have weather conditions.
- Scholastic reading club fliers will be sent home. Online purchase is encouraged on or by the 30th. .
