Before/After Care
The before-school daycare opens at 7:30 a.m. and is located in the education building.  After-school daycare begins at 3:30 p.m. on regular days.  Daycare on minimum days begins at 12:15 p.m.

There is time set aside for those students who need to complete homework.  All children will need to be picked up by 6:00 p.m.  Daycare fees are $3.00 per half-hour segment.

Reservations do not need to be made for the Before and After Care program. All students are welcome at any time. All hours are charged on an actual use basis. No contract is signed. No monthly minimums.

The uniform policy is implemented to enhance community and provide a standard for modesty. Each student’s appearance must be discreet and modest.  It is vital that students and parents heartily support the dress standards.  Students who attend official school activities after school hours (either on or off campus) must wear clothing consistent with the standards set by the administration.

All students will wear school-approved uniforms while on campus during the school day and during daycare.  Students are not allowed to change out of school uniforms while on school grounds at the end of the day.  Parents will be contacted if students do not fully meet these requirements.

Families are allowed to continue using approved uniform items from last school year. When buying new uniform items please purchase through our school’s account at the following three vendors:

  1. Lands’ End (School Code 9000-9732-0) https://www.landsend.com Also sold at Sears
  2. French Toast (School Code: QS473PD) https://www.frenchtoast.com Also sold at JC Penny’s, Kohl’s, Costco, Sears, Kmart, and Target
  3. Sonoma Design Apparel located at 3510 Airway Dr., Santa Rosa, CA 95403

For the 2018-19 school year, only listed items through the three vendors will be acceptable. Please visit the vendor’s website and put in our school code to view acceptable uniform items.

Service Hours
Parent involvement is strongly encouraged and appreciated at WCA.  All families are asked to provide at least 10 hours of service during the school year; however, most of our families are here much more than that. •  Marketing Committee Member
  •  Bulletin Board Manager/Developer
  •  Office Coverage
